3. Sharing and Disclosure of Google User Data

We do not share Google user data with third parties except:

  • When data is sent to Google Cloud’s Gemini AI API for processing document content (e.g., invoice understanding and summarization).
  • When required by law or to comply with legal processes.

All third-party interactions are secure and limited to the minimum data necessary for fulfilling the service.

4. Storage & Security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only, and solely for operational or support-related tasks.

5. Cloud Integration Access

When you connect cloud services like Google Drive or Dropbox:

  • We access only the specific files you choose to use with ExtractDoc.
  • We do not retain continuous access once you disconnect the integration.
  • We never modify or delete files on your Google Drive.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Extracted content is stored securely for 30 days unless manually deleted or exported. You can request deletion of your account or data at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support.

7. Cookies & Analytics

We use session cookies for login and user flow management. We use tools like Google Analytics to understand product usage and improve our service. These tools may collect anonymized usage statistics.

8. Your Rights

You have full control over your data. You may:

  • Access, modify, or delete your personal information.
  • Disconnect cloud integrations at any time.
  • Request complete data deletion via support.
